Do you have pain and are afraid to exercise?  Would you like to prepare your body for a new sport?  Pilates can be beneficial, as it helps you to strengthen your back, your abdominals and your pelvic floor, all important muscles to help you keep your balance and move with co-ordination.  It can help you to relax tight muscles and improve your posture.   Individual Pilates sessions, given by our certified physiotherapist, facilitate the implementation of the 6 principles of pilates in order to optimize benefits and avoid injury. At each session, you will be shown a series of exercices to continue your progress at home. You will also be provided with a receipt for physiotherapy, as pilates sessions are supplemented by physiotherapy treatments.
